القى الرئيس الامريكي" جورج دبليو بوش" خطابا امام الكونجرس عن [حال الاتحاد اليهودي المسيحي] بتاريخ 29/1/2002 وقدتضمن تفصيلات خطيره عن الخطط المستقبلية للسيا سة الامريكية في العالمين العربي والاسلامي..... والعجيب ان اعلامنا العربي تجاهله ولم يتطرق لمضامينه.

وبين يدي ترجمة لهذا الخطاب نشرتها صحيفة الخليج انقل لكم مقتطفات منها
يقول الرئيس الامريكي:

[ السيد الرئيس اعضاء الكونجرس , المواطنون الامريكيون : اود بكل اعتزاز ان اقول لكم ان حال الاتحاد المسيحي اليهودي الابيض والثري قوية تماما ولم يحدث ابدا في تاريخنا ان كانت القوة الامريكية والهيمنة الامريكية والقيم الامريكية قوية ومهابة ومحترمة ومقبولة في العالم كما هي اليوم .

فاليوم يوجد العلم الامريكي والقوات المسلحة الامريكية و وكالة الاستخبارات المركزية "سي اي ايه" ومكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي في اكثر من 100 دوله لضمان السلام والاذعان والتحرر من الخوف والارهاب ... وينبغي ان يكون الامريكيون فخوورين بي وبحكومتهم وبرجال القوات المسلحة ونساءها الذين يضحون بمباهج الحياة من اجل ضمان استمرار اسلوب حياتنا الامريكية...

انني فخور ان ابلغكم ان طالبان قد انتحرت وان كابول تحررت وان اسامة بن لادن والملا محمد عمر اما ان يكونا قد قتلا او انهما يحتضران او يختفيان ولكن ليس لوقت طويل اذ انني مصمم على تقديمهما للعداله حيين اوميتين !

وان ابلغكم ان النساء الافغانيات تخلين عن براقعهن الى الابد وان الفتيات الافغانيات رجعن الى المدارس ليطالعن " كيف ظفرنا بالغرب الامريكي" وان رمز الحضارةالغربيه الثقافي الاكثر اهمية وهو التلفزيون عاد للحياة الافغانية والافغان سعداء الان واحرار في التنقل في بلادهم لزراعة الافيون !!!!

وعلى الرغم من ان الحرب في افغانستان توشك على نهايتها فإن امامنا طريقا طويلا ينبغي ان نسيره في العديد من الدول العربية والاسلامية

ولن نتوقف الى ان يصبح كل عربي ومسلم مجردا من السلاح وحليق الوجه وغير متدين ومسالما ومحبا لامريكا ولا يغطي وجه امرأته نقاب !!!!

انني مصمم على استخدام جميع مواردنا لتحقيق ذلك قبل انتخابي لفترة رئاسية ثانيه...

وقد اهتمت ادارتي بوضع سياسة طاقة قومية تحت اشراف نائب الرئيس" تشيني" وسنبدأ على الفور بالحفر في ارجاء اراضينا للتنقيب عن النفط وسنبدأالعمل في مشروع طموح لبناء خط انابيب مباشر تحت الماء من السعودية والخليج وايران والعراق الى نيويورك وعلى نفقتهم !!!! لضمان امدادات نفطية غير منقطعه .

لقد حان الوقت لنعيد تشكيل العالم ليصبح على صورتنا !.
وبفضل إلهنا سنقوم نحن شعوب العالم من الجنس الابيض المتحضر
بفرض معتقداتنا الرزينة والودودة والتحرريه على عالم جائع لاموالنا ورسالتنا..!!.
ولن يخضع الرجال بعد الآن لشرط اطلاق اللحى ولن تخضع النساء لشرط تغطية وجوههن واجسادهن !!!!
ومن الآن فصاعدا يحق للعالم تناول الخمر والتدخين وممارسة الجنس السوي او الشذوذ الجنسي بما في ذلك سفاح القربى واللواط والخيانة الزوجيه !! والسلب والقتل ومشاهدة الافلام والاشرطة الخلاعيه داخل فنادقهم او غرف نومهم !!!

وبالنسبة لشركاتنا التى تنتج مثل هذه المنتجات فسيحق لها الوصول من دون اي عقبات للدول المتخلفه التى منعت تلك الحريات عن شعوبها!!!

انني آمل ان اكون قد حافظت على إرث آل بوش حيا بمحاربة العرب والمسلمين طيلة عشر سنوات لضمان استمرار الفوضى في بلادهم !!!

ولن يجبرنا ملك او امير عربي نفطي على تحسين كفاية وقود سياراتنا المتطوره وهذا لن يحدث وانا رئيس للولايا ت المتحده وعلى العكس سيضطرون لزيادة الانتاج وتخفيض الاسعار ]

اذا وبعد كل هذه الحروب الطاحنة التي نراها اليوم على كل ماهو إسلامي من قيم واخلاق ومعتقدات منهجية شرعية فهل هناك شك على ان هذه الحرب هي إمتداد للحروب الصليبية اليهودية

وهل سيأتي من يقول لنا ان هذا الكلام غير صحيح كما قيل عند عرض هذا الخطاب في حينه

وقد قال الله تعالى في كتابه الكريم ((وكم قصمنا من قرية كانت ظالمة وأنشأنا بعدها قوماً آخرين )) (الأنبياء , آية 11) ، وقال سبحانه (( فكأين من قرية أهلكناها وهي ظالمة فهي خاوية على عروشها وبئر معطلة وقصر مشيد )) ( الحج , آية 45).

ولنا في الحضارة الفرعونية والحضارات البائدة في أمريكا الجنوبية مثالاً أمام العيان , لهلاك أمم في أوج قوتها لأسباب إلهية بحتة, ومن خلال ظروف طبيعية أو بشرية .

التناقض هنا فى الإدعاء بالفصل بين الدين والسياسة مع سيطرة الفكر الصهيونى للكنيسة الإنجيلية على السياسة الأمريكية ومخططاتها الإستراتيجية (خططها بعيدة المدى) والفكر الصهيونى للكنيسة الإنجيلية يشمل إيمانها بقيام دولة اليهود وحتمية بناء بيت المقدس على جبل صهيون مع ما يتضمنه ذلك من هدم المسجد الأقصى كهدف من أهدافهم لاستعجال عودة المسيح وإعداد الأرض لاستقبال المسيح بإخضاعها لأمريكا والغرب سياسيا كان ذلك أم عسكريا وهذا ما نراه يتم بدقة وحرفية ويسعون لإتمام ما لم يتم منه بخطى مصرة على تحقيقه

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم و الحمد لله رب العالمين

لا أريد أحدًا من إخوتي أن يظن بأن تلك الكلمات فيها دفاع عن كلب الأمريكان " بوش " و أوليائه .. بل إني على يقين أن ما تخفي صدورهم أكبر , أكبر بكثير مما عبرت عنه تلك الكلمات .. التي آسف أن أقول أنها قد تكون مزيفة و لم ينطق بها الرئيس الأمريكي في الخطاب المذكور أصلًا .

لم أشك في هذا الكلام لا لأنه لا يعبر عن نفسية هذا الحقير بل لأن من حرّف هذا الكلام على لسانه لم يتمتع بالذكاء الكافي , فمهما كانت الأمور محتدمة بين دولة و أخرى أو بين أيدولوجية و أخرى لا يمكن لرئيس دولة مهما كانت دموية و حقيرة أن يقول أن القتل و السرقة ستكون منتشرة تدعيمًا للقيم الأمريكية , كما أنني أؤمن أن هؤلاء الحقراء ما وصلوا إلى ما وصلوا إليه إلا بنفاق الكلام و إغراق شعوبنا و المسلمين في أكاذيب الصداقة و حماية القيم و ما وصلنا نحن إلى ما وصلنا إليه إلا لأننا نسينا قول الله سبحانه و تعالى " و ما تخفي صدورهم أكبر " و قوله سبحانه و تعالى " ودّ كثير من أهل الكتاب لو يردونكم من بعد إيمانكم كفارًا " .. فلا يمكن لأساتذة الدهاء و المكر أن يكونوا بهذا الغباء خصوصًا في عصر الفضائيات و القنوات المفتوحة .. كما أن كاتب هذا الخطاب لا يعلم أن بوش من الرافضين للشذوذ الجنسي كما أنه اتجه حسب علمي إلى فصل الفتيات عن الصبيان في المدارس الثانوية فكيف ينسب تلك الشذوذ و الفجور للقيم الأمريكية فضلًا عن أن يدعوا إليها بشكل سافر في خطاب تبثه محطات فضائية و تكتب عنه مئات الصحف , و يبدوا أن من نقل الموضوع ( و لا أقصد الأخ سيف الكلمة و إنما أقصد من نقل عنه ) أخفى الكثير من اللامعقولية في الخطاب المزور - رغم كل هذه التلال من اللامعقولية - كتلك القطعة المضحكة من ذلك الخطاب المزور :-

لمن يريد التأكد من أن تلك الصيغة مزورة فعليه الذهاب إلى أرشيف موقع CNN ليرى بنفسه نص الخطاب الذي يختلف تمامًا عن هذا الخطاب المزور ..

فقد ينقلب الحال عند المتلقين عند مشاهدتهم جمل كهذه فيظنون أننا نحن المدلسين الكذابين المشككين و هم الأصدقاء الذين يريدون السلام , إن هذا الخطاب يشبه تمامًا ما يفعله الملاحدة حين يدسون في الإعجاز العلمي ما ليس فيه لتشكيك المسلمين بأن كل شيء آخر يتكلم عنه المسلمون بصفته إعجازًا أمر خرافي كاذب ! .. كما أنني لا أدري من أين أتى الأخ محمد خضر بنص الخطاب الأصلي - ال uncensord كما يقول !! - و قد غفلت عنه مئات الصحف و المحطات الفضائية ؟؟!!!

أعلم أن أستاذنا الكريم " سيف الكلمة " لم يتحر عن هذا الخطاب بشكل كامل ربما لثقته في من نقل عنه , و أنا على يقين أنه لم ينتبه لهذا السبب بإذن الله سبحانه و تعالى فقد عودنا على دقة ردوده و كتاباته و أنا من أشد المعجبين بما يكتبه فجزاه الله سبحانه و تعالى عنا خيرًا و جزى الله سبحانه و تعالى الإخوة المسلمين خيرًا على غيرتهم .

عندما انهزمت اليابان في الحرب العالمية الثانيه ادرك اليابانيون انهم هزموا
ولم يعد لهم بامريكا ( حول ولا قوة )

( انصرفوا الى العلم والعمل والصناعة والمثابرة وابعدوا عن قلوبهم وعقولهم
فكرة الثار والانتقام ..... مع احتفاظهم بتراثهم الحضاري وهويتهم .

أولا نحن لم ننهزم كما ينهزم اليابان لماذا ؟
لأننا كلنا لسنا مثلك نقول :( امريكا هي امريكا وضعفنا هو ضعفنا )
فالنمط الانهزامى الذى تمثله ليس هو السائد والحمد لله ولذلك فنحن لم نهزم ولن نهزم إن شاء الله تعالى .
ثانيا : إن سياسة جلد النفس وعبارات من قبيل نحن متخلفون وعلينا أن نجد ونعمل لا تصلح فى منتديات الحوار مع الملاحدة وعليك أن تراعى ذلك فى المرات القادمة .
ثالثا : ليس بالإنتاج والمصانع وحده ننتصر يا عزيزى فاليابات حتى الآن لا زالت مهزومة ومحتلة وستظل كذلك حتى ترفع لواء الجهاد والنضال المسلح ولسنا نعتبر اليابان قدوتنا فى التحرر وتحقيق العزة والكرامة إنها فقط مجرد آلات وحصالات لتجمع الأموال والينات .

President George W. Bush: State of the Union Address: January 29, 2002

Mr. Speaker, Mr. President, members of Congress, and My Fellow Americans:

It is with deep pride and without prejudice that I report to you tonight that the State of the White and Rich Judeo-Christian Union is Strong. Never before in our history has American power, American domination, and American values been as strong, as feared, as respected, and as welcomed in the world as it is today. Today the American flag, the American military, the American C.I.A. and the American F.B.I. are present in over 100 nations to ensure peace, compliance, and freedom from fear and terrorism. Americans should be proud of me, their government, and the outstanding men and women in uniform who sacrifice the comforts of life for our American lifestyle.

My fellow Americans, I am proud to report that the Taliban is out and Kabul is free, that Osama Bin Laden and Mullah Omar are either dead, dying, or hiding, but not for long, for I am determined to bring them to justice "dead or alive", the Afghan women are shedding their burkas for good old American tank tops, that girls are going back to school reading "How the West Was Won", and that the most important cultural icon of western civilization, television, is back. Afghans are now happy and free to roam the country planting poppy seeds. Americans and especially American children should be proud of their generosity of sending money and food to Afghanistan. It warms my heart to see Afghan children enjoying my favorite foods, peanut butter, jelly and pretzels. Although the war in Afghanistan is winding down, we still have a long way to go in many other Arab and Muslim nations. We won't stop until every Arab and Muslim is disarmed, unveiled, shaven, irreligious, indoctrinated, peaceful, and loves America. I am determined to use all of our resources to bring that about before my next election.

What a difference a year makes. A year ago on February 27, 2001, my entire State of the Union address focused almost exclusively on domestic issues. Last year our main domestic issue was how to spend the enormous budget surplus. The Congressional Budget Office, a year ago was forecasting $5.6 trillion in surpluses over the next ten years. It now envisions only $1.6 trillion instead. For the next two years, CBO says, the federal budget will run in the red. Four Trillion dollars is a small price to pay to protect our freedoms, our civilization, fight Bin Laden and give a large tax cut to wealthy Americans.

In that address I said: "Too much government crowds out initiative and hard work, private charity and the private economy. Our new governing vision says government should be active, but limited; engaged, but not overbearing.

Education is not my top priority -- education is my top priority and, by sup porting this budget, you'll make it yours, as well. We have a serious energy problem that demands a national energy policy. America has a window of opportunity to extend and secure our present peace by promoting a distinctly American internationalism. We will work with our allies and friends to be a force for good and a champion of freedom. We will work for free markets, free trade and freedom from oppression. Nations making progress toward freedom will find America is their friend. We will promote our values. We will promote the peace. And we need a strong military to keep the peace"

Well, no one could have foreseen the coming of Bin Laden and the impact he'll have on our nation and its domestic and foreign policy. Yet, despite the evil doers, I kept my promise to the American people with one exception. Our "war on terrorism" has forced me to immensely expand our government's budget for Homeland security and the Pentagon. We've had to expand our role in the realm of security, intelligence, F.B.I. and C.I.A Surveillance on Muslim Americans of whom thousands were arrested and detained without due process, we've severely curtailed civil rights and liberties, we've imposed limits on the media and free speech here and on Al-Jazeera Television, and we've federalized airport screening. Americans support me on these important security nations. The presence of non- white, non-Judeo Christians in our country whether legally or illegally constitute a risk to our nation and as your President I am entrusted with your safety. Our immigration policy will change to reflect our security concerns. In due time, New York City that has suffered so much will be a homogenous white city again.

I did deliver the tax cut to the wealthy as promised and am working for further tax cuts despite the budget deficits. I have worked with the Congress to pass Senator Kennedy's Education bill. With Secretary Rumsfeld's help "The Stud" (laughter and applause), Dr. Rice, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, the Congressional Jewish Delegation, and A.I.P.A.C. (American Israeli Public Affairs Committee) we have developed a uniquely American internationalist foreign policy. America will no longer be a party to any International Treaty that jeopardizes our economic or military objectives. We now, using my friend Sharon's word "Irrelevant", consider all International Organizations that oppose any American-Israeli national interest objective to be "Irrelevant", organizations like the United Nations, the European Union, the International Criminal Court, the World Trade Organization, U.N. Commission on Human Rights, U.N. Commission on Refugees, the World Health Organization, the Arab League which in my opinion should be dissolved immediately, the International Red Cross, the Vatican, and all Muslim organizations. Although fighting the "evil doers" has consumed most of the surplus, nevertheless I am proposing we spend $5B, which is less than we send Israel every year, to help our needy senior citizens with their prescription drug costs. Anything more would have to come out of our special foreign aid package to Israel. I am also asking for another $50 Billion increase in our defense budget for a total of $400 Billion for FY 2003 as well as $38 Billion increase for Homeland Security. My administration did address and formulate a national energy policy spearheaded by V. P. Cheney (he's the one behind me to the right) who worked very closely with Enron, Exxon-Mobil, and other energy related industries. Mr. Cheney has however asked me to invoke Executive Privilege and the Fifth Amendment against Self-incrimination , which I am doing, against any attempt to ascertain the makeup or minutes of the Enron Energy Task Force. We will immediately begin drilling across our land for oil as well as embarking on an ambitious project of building a direct under water pipeline from Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, Iraq, and Iran to New York, at their expense to ensure uninterrupted oil.

As I said to this body on September 20, 2001 "Whether we bring our enemies to justice, or bring justice to our enemies, justice will be done. Al-Qaida is to terror what our Italian Mafia is to crime But stupidly its goal is not making money; its goal is remaking the world and imposing its radical beliefs on people everywhere."

Well, turn around is fair play. It is now our turn as Prime Minister Blair said "Let us reform the world in our image". Thus by the Grace of our Judeo-Christian God it is us, the civilized white people of the world who will impose our decent, loving, and libertarian beliefs on a world hungry for our money and message. Men and women will no longer be forced to wear beards or cover their faces and bodies. From now on the world is free to drink, smoke, have hetero or homosexual sex including incest and sodomy, affairs, rob, kill, drive fast cars and enjoy porno movies and videos in the privacy of their hotels or bedrooms. Our companies that produce such products will have unfettered access to the backward nations who've denied such freedoms for their people. The Muslim terrorists are traitors to their own faith, trying, in effect, to hijack Islam itself. That is why we in the civilized Judeo-Christian world separate our politics from our faith, separate our wars and our terrorism from faith that is why you don't see reported in the media--Jewish or Catholic Terrorism-- when we kill it is not done in the name of our faith, it is done to defend our freedom and our civilization. Why do they hate us? They hate what I see right here in this chamber, men and women elected democratically by the money from Enron, Oil, TeleCommunications, Insurance Companies, Lawyers, and most importantly they hate that our Jewish American citizens spend millions to get your undying support of our only ally in the world, beside England, Israel. They hate our freedoms, our freedom of religion, our freedom of speech, our freedom to vote and assemble and disagree with each other. They want to overthrow existing governments in many Muslim countries, such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan. We won't let that happen. President Mubarak, King Abdullah, and King Fahd are our puppets, our friends who only want what's best for America. They also want to drive Israel out of the Middle East and send the Jews to our Jewish state, New York. They want to drive non-white Christians and Jews out of vast regions of Asia and Africa and send them here. Over my dead body.

Our "war on terrorism" does not use subliminable messages. This campaign has included not only killing the Afghani's but also starving the terrorists of funding by closing every non-Judeo-Christian charity, bank, and money changer here and around the world. No longer will their excuse of feeding starving children be tolerated. We have pursued every nation in the southern hemisphere to root out and destroy any and all opposition to their status quo governments. Each nation has had to make a choice. Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists. I am happy to report that every nation has kowtowed to our demand. The governments of each of these nations has taken decisive action against their internal enemies who oppose their friendly allegiance to our nation.

America has not only won the Cold War under my Daddy's leadership, but we now have an opportunity to form strong and permanent alliances with our former foes. From Russia, China, to India, America has formed a partnership of global reach to eradicate all semblance and hope of "Muslim" separatists or yearning of independence within these nations. These nations constituting almost half of the world's population now enjoy our total support for their suppression and elimination by whatever means of "Islamic Fundamentalism" in Chechnya, Kashmir, and The Uygurs in the province of Xinjiang. But most of all I want to proclaim to the world that our total subservience and alliance with Israel is iron clad. I totally support Sharon's "war on terrorism" and his destruction of the Palestinian Authority and Arafat. I am announcing today that the United States is ending any and all contacts with Arafat and his Palestinian "evil doers" who bomb and kill our Judeo brothers and sisters. We will no longer support U.N. Resolution 242 that America voted for in 1967 as any basis for a peace process. Sharon pointed out to me that we can't be practitioners of a double standard whereby we fight Bin Laden's Islamic terrorism and yet oppose Israel's similar war. Israel has suffered for 53 years under the constant threat of Arab armies and Palestinian occupation of its land. I know that the State Department under the General has occasionally and erroneously criticized Israel whenever its used our F-16's to bomb a school or church in Bethlehem but I can safely say that the General and I see eye to eye on this and thus his remaining tenure at State will be spent ensuring Israel's peace, security and economic welfare. On that note I am proposing that we increase our economic aid to Israel by $2 Billion to help offset their economic losses due to the September 11 attack. We cannot let terrorists and rogue nations hold this nation hostile or hold our allies hostile.

America's finally found its manifest destiny, we will no longer be reactive and dragged into conflicts, we'll no longer be the nation the world comes to make peace and build nations. America's destiny is now obvious to the world: We will be the ones to make wars on whomever we choose, we will be the ones to destroy before we rebuild, we will no longer be on the sidelines while the world drowns in its own blood. America stands for peace but if we determine there's a need for blood spilling to be done we'll do it ourselves. From now on America will decide when, where, how, and why we make the war or make the peace. Our nation has proudly gone from "Road Rage" to "Foreign Rage". It's worked for Israel, now it's working for us and our allies Russia, China, and India.

As my Daddy said in his State of the Union Address on January 29, 1991:

"I come to this House of the people to speak to you and all Americans, certain that we stand at a defining hour. Halfway around the world, we are engaged in a great struggle in the skies and on the seas and sands. We know why we're there: We are Americans, part of something larger than ourselves. For two centuries, we've done the hard work of freedom. And tonight, we lead the world in facing down a threat to decency and humanity.

With few exceptions, the world now stands as one."

Daddy, I hope I've kept the Bush legacy alive to fight the Arab and Muslim world every ten years to ensure their chaos and complicity. No Arab oil King or Prince is going to force us to improve our SUV fuel efficiency, not while I'm President. On the contrary, they will be made to increase production and decrease prices. Daddy, I hope you and your friends in the Carlyle Group and the military-industrial-oil complex are happy with the rewards courtesy of Bin Laden and my policies. All Americans should have the opportunity to make money from our revenge upon Bin Laden and his Muslim "evil doers". It's the least we can do to honor our fallen heroes of September 11, a day that will live in in fury.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Transcript of President Bush's first State of the Union address, delivered to Congress Tuesday night.

Mr. Speaker, Vice President Cheney, members of Congress, distinguished guests, fellow citizens, as we gather tonight, our nation is at war, our economy is in recession and the civilized world faces unprecedented dangers. Yet the state of our union has never been stronger.

We last met in an hour of shock and suffering. In four short months, our nation has comforted the victims, begun to rebuild New York and the Pentagon, rallied a great coalition, captured, arrested and rid the world of thousands of terrorists, destroyed Afghanistan's terrorist training camps, saved a people from starvation and freed a country from brutal oppression.

The American flag flies again over our embassy in Kabul. Terrorists who once occupied Afghanistan now occupy cells at Guantanamo Bay. And terrorist leaders who urged followers to sacrifice their lives are running for their own.

America and Afghanistan are now allies against terror. We will be partners in rebuilding that country. And this evening we welcome the distinguished interim leader of a liberated Afghanistan: Chairman Hamid Karzai.

The last time we met in this chamber, the mothers and daughters of Afghanistan were captives in their own homes, forbidden from working or going to school.

Today women are free, and are part of Afghanistan's new government. And we welcome the new minister of women's affairs, Dr. Sima Samar.

Our progress is a tribute to the spirit of the Afghan people, to the resolve of our coalition and to the might of the United States military.

When I called our troops into action, I did so with complete confidence in their courage and skill. And tonight, thanks to them, we are winning the war on terror.

The men and women of our armed forces have delivered a message now clear to every enemy of the United States: Even 7,000 miles away, across oceans and continents, on mountaintops and in caves you will not escape the justice of this nation.

For many Americans, these four months have brought sorrow and pain that will never completely go away. Every day a retired firefighter returns to Ground Zero to feel closer to his two sons who died there. At a memorial in New York, a little boy left his football with a note for his lost father: "Dear Daddy, please take this to Heaven. I don't want to play football until I can play with you again someday." Last month, at the grave of her husband, Micheal, a CIA officer and Marine who died in Mazar-e Sharif, Shannon Spann said these words of farewell: "Semper fi, my love." Shannon is with us tonight.

Shannon, I assure you and all who have lost a loved one that our cause is just, and our country will never forget the debt we owe Micheal and all who gave their lives for freedom.

Our cause is just, and it continues. Our discoveries in Afghanistan confirmed our worst fears and showed us the true scope of the task ahead. We have seen the depth of our enemies' hatred in videos where they laugh about the loss of innocent life.

And the depth of their hatred is equaled by the madness of the destruction they design. We have found diagrams of American nuclear power plants and public water facilities, detailed instructions for making chemical weapons, surveillance maps of American cities, and thorough descriptions of landmarks in America and throughout the world.

What we have found in Afghanistan confirms that, far from ending there, our war against terror is only beginning. Most of the 19 men who hijacked planes on September the 11th were trained in Afghanistan's camps. And so were tens of thousands of others. Thousands of dangerous killers, schooled in the methods of murder, often supported by outlaw regimes, are now spread throughout the world like ticking time bombs, set to go off without warning.

Thanks to the work of our law enforcement officials and coalition partners, hundreds of terrorists have been arrested, yet tens of thousands of trained terrorists are still at large. These enemies view the entire world as a battlefield, and we must pursue them wherever they are. So long as training camps operate, so long as nations harbor terrorists, freedom is at risk and America and our allies must not, and will not, allow it.

Our nation will continue to be steadfast, and patient and persistent in the pursuit of two great objectives. First, we will shut down terrorist camps, disrupt terrorist plans and bring terrorists to justice. And second, we must prevent the terrorists and regimes who seek chemical, biological or nuclear weapons from threatening the United States and the world.

Our military has put the terror training camps of Afghanistan out of business, yet camps still exist in at least a dozen countries. A terrorist underworld -- including groups like Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad and Jaish-i-Mohammed -- operates in remote jungles and deserts, and hides in the centers of large cities.

While the most visible military action is in Afghanistan, America is acting elsewhere.

We now have troops in the Philippines helping to train that country's armed forces to go after terrorist cells that have executed an American and still hold hostages. Our soldiers, working with the Bosnian government, seized terrorists who were plotting to bomb our embassy. Our Navy is patrolling the coast of Africa to block the shipment of weapons and the establishment of terrorist camps in Somalia.

My hope is that all nations will heed our call and eliminate the terrorist parasites who threaten their countries and our own.

Many nations are acting forcefully. Pakistan is now cracking down on terror, and I admire the strong leadership of President Musharraf. But some governments will be timid in the face of terror. And make no mistake about it: If they do not act, America will.

Our second goal is to prevent regimes that sponsor terror from threatening America or our friends and allies with weapons of mass destruction.

Some of these regimes have been pretty quiet since September 11, but we know their true nature. North Korea is a regime arming with missiles and weapons of mass destruction, while starving its citizens.

Iran aggressively pursues these weapons and exports terror, while an unelected few repress the Iranian people's hope for freedom.

Iraq continues to flaunt its hostility toward America and to support terror. The Iraqi regime has plotted to develop anthrax and nerve gas and nuclear weapons for over a decade. This is a regime that has already used poison gas to murder thousands of its own citizens, leaving the bodies of mothers huddled over their dead children. This is a regime that agreed to international inspections then kicked out the inspectors. This is a regime that has something to hide from the civilized world.

States like these, and their terrorist allies, constitute an axis of evil, arming to threaten the peace of the world. By seeking weapons of mass destruction, these regimes pose a grave and growing danger. They could provide these arms to terrorists, giving them the means to match their hatred. They could attack our allies or attempt to blackmail the United States. In any of these cases, the price of indifference would be catastrophic.

We will work closely with our coalition to deny terrorists and their state sponsors the materials, technology and expertise to make and deliver weapons of mass destruction.

We will develop and deploy effective missile defenses to protect America and our allies from sudden attack.

And all nations should know: America will do what is necessary to ensure our nation's security.

We'll be deliberate, yet time is not on our side. I will not wait on events while dangers gather. I will not stand by as peril draws closer and closer. The United States of America will not permit the world's most dangerous regimes to threaten us with the world's most destructive weapons.

Our war on terror is well begun, but it is only begun. This campaign may not be finished on our watch, yet it must be and it will be waged on our watch.

We can't stop short. If we stopped now, leaving terror camps intact and terror states unchecked, our sense of security would be false and temporary. History has called America and our allies to action, and it is both our responsibility and our privilege to fight freedom's fight.

Our first priority must always be the security of our nation, and that will be reflected in the budget I send to Congress. My budget supports three great goals for America: We will win this war, we will protect our homeland, and we will revive our economy.

September 11 brought out the best in America and the best in this Congress, and I join the American people in applauding your unity and resolve. Now Americans deserve to have this same spirit directed toward addressing problems here at home.

I am a proud member of my party. Yet as we act to win the war, protect our people and create jobs in America, we must act first and foremost not as Republicans, not as Democrats, but as Americans.

It costs a lot to fight this war. We have spent more than a billion dollars a month -- over $30 million a day -- and we must be prepared for future operations. Afghanistan proved that expensive precision weapons defeat the enemy and spare innocent lives, and we need more of them. We need to replace aging aircraft and make our military more agile to put our troops anywhere in the world quickly and safely.

Our men and women in uniform deserve the best weapons, the best equipment and the best training and they also deserve another pay raise. My budget includes the largest increase in defense spending in two decades, because while the price of freedom and security is high, it is never too high. Whatever it costs to defend our country, we will pay.

The next priority of my budget is to do everything possible to protect our citizens and strengthen our nation against the ongoing threat of another attack.

Time and distance from the events of September the 11th will not make us safer unless we act on its lessons. America is no longer protected by vast oceans. We are protected from attack only by vigorous action abroad and increased vigilance at home.

My budget nearly doubles funding for a sustained strategy of homeland security, focused on four key areas: bioterrorism; emergency response; airport and border security; and improved intelligence.

We will develop vaccines to fight anthrax and other deadly diseases. We'll increase funding to help states and communities train and equip our heroic police and firefighters.

We will improve intelligence collection and sharing, expand patrols at our borders, strengthen the security of air travel, and use technology to track the arrivals and departures of visitors to the United States.

Homeland security will make America not only stronger but in many ways better. Knowledge gained from bioterrorism research will improve public health. Stronger police and fire departments will mean safer neighborhoods. Stricter border enforcement will help combat illegal drugs.

And as government works to better secure our homeland, America will continue to depend on the eyes and ears of alert citizens. A few days before Christmas, an airline flight attendant spotted a passenger lighting a match. The crew and passengers quickly subdued the man, who had been trained by al Qaeda and was armed with explosives. The people on that airplane were alert, and as a result likely saved nearly 200 lives. And tonight we welcome and thank flight attendants Hermis Moutardier and Christina Jones.

Once we have funded our national security and our homeland security, the final great priority of my budget is economic security for the American people. To achieve these great national objectives -- to win the war, protect the homeland and revitalize our economy -- our budget will run a deficit that will be small and short term so long as Congress restrains spending and acts in a fiscally responsible way.

Americans who have lost their jobs need our help, and I support extending unemployment benefits and direct assistance for health care coverage. Yet American workers want more than unemployment checks. They want a steady paycheck.

When America works, America prospers, so my economic security plan can be summed up in one word: jobs. Good jobs begin with good schools, and here we've made a fine start. Republicans and Democrats worked together to achieve historic education reform so that no child is left behind. I was proud to work with members of both parties, Chairman John Boehner and Congressman George Miller, Senator Judd Gregg. And I was so proud of our work I even had nice things to say about my friend Ted Kennedy.

There's more to do. We need to prepare our children to read and succeed in school with improved Head Start and early childhood development programs. We must upgrade our teacher colleges and teacher training and launch a major recruiting drive with a great goal for America: a quality teacher in every classroom.

Good jobs also depend on reliable and affordable energy. This Congress must act to encourage conservation, promote technology, build infrastructure, and it must act to increase energy production at home so America is less dependent on foreign oil.

Good jobs depend on expanded trade. Selling into new markets creates new jobs, so I ask Congress to finally approve trade promotion authority.

On these two key issues, trade and energy, the House of Representatives has acted to create jobs and I urge the Senate to pass this legislation.

Good jobs depend on sound tax policy. Last year, some in this hall thought my tax relief plan was too small, some thought it was too big. But when those checks arrived in the mail, most Americans thought tax relief was just about right.

Congress listened to the people and responded by reducing tax rates, doubling the child credit and ending the death tax. For the sake of long-term growth, and to help Americans plan for the future, let's make these tax cuts permanent.

The way out of this recession, the way to create jobs, is to grow the economy by encouraging investment in factories and equipment, and by speeding up tax relief so people have more money to spend. For the sake of American workers, let's pass a stimulus package. Good jobs must be the aim of welfare reform. As we reauthorize these important reforms, we must always remember: The goal is to reduce dependency on government and offer every American the dignity of a job.

Americans know economic security can vanish in an instant without health security. I ask Congress to join me this year to enact a Patients' Bill of Rights to give uninsured workers credits to help buy health coverage, to approve an historic increase in spending for veterans' health and to give seniors a sound and modern Medicare system that includes coverage for prescription drugs.

A good job job should lto security in retirement. I ask Congress to enact new safeguards for 401(k) and pension plans. Employees who have worked hard and saved all their lives should not have to risk losing everything if their company fails.

Through stricter accounting standards and tougher disclosure requirements, corporate America must be made more accountable to employees and shareholders and held to the highest standards of conduct.

Retirement security also depends upon keeping the commitments of Social Security, and we will. We must make Social Security financially stable and allow personal retirement accounts for younger workers who choose them.

Members, you and I will work together in the months ahead on other issues: productive farm policy, a cleaner environment, broader home ownership, especially among minorities and ways to encourage the good work of charities and faith-based groups.

I ask you to join me on these important domestic issues in the same spirit of cooperation we have applied to our war against terrorism.

During these last few months, I've been humbled and privileged to see the true character of this country in a time of testing. Our enemies believed America was weak and materialistic, that we would splinter in fear and selfishness. They were as wrong as they are evil. The American people have responded magnificently, with courage and compassion, strength and resolve. As I have met the heroes, hugged the families and looked into the tired faces of rescuers, I have stood in awe of the American people.

And I hope you will join me in expressing thanks to one American for the strength and calm and comfort she brings to our nation in crisis: our first lady, Laura Bush.

None of us would ever wish the evil that was done on September 11th, yet after America was attacked, it was as if our entire country looked into a mirror and saw our better selves. We were reminded that we are citizens, with obligations to each other, to our country and to history. We began to think less of the goods we can accumulate and more about the good we can do.

For too long our culture has said, "If it feels good, do it." Now America is embracing a new ethic and a new creed: "Let's roll." In the sacrifice of soldiers, the fierce brotherhood of firefighters, and the bravery and generosity of ordinary citizens, we have glimpsed what a new culture of responsibility could look like. We want to be a Nation that serves goals larger than self. We have been offered a unique opportunity, and we must not let this moment pass.

My call tonight is for every American to commit at least two years, 4,000 hours over the rest of your lifetime, to the service of your neighbors and your nation.

Many are already serving and I thank you. If you aren't sure how to help, I've got a good place to start. To sustain and extend the best that has emerged in America, I invite you to join the new USA Freedom Corps.

The Freedom Corps will focus on three areas of need: responding in case of crisis at home, rebuilding our communities, and extending American compassion throughout the world. One purpose of the USA Freedom Corps will be homeland security. America needs retired doctors and nurses who can be mobilized in major emergencies ... volunteers to help police and fire departments, transportation and utility workers well-trained in spotting danger.

Our country also needs citizens working to rebuild our communities. We need mentors to love children, especially children whose parents are in prison, and we need more talented teachers in troubled schools. USA Freedom Corps will expand and improve the good efforts of AmeriCorps and Senior Corps to recruit more than 200,000 new volunteers.

And America needs citizens to extend the compassion of our country to every part of the world. So we will renew the promise of the Peace Corps, double its volunteers over the next five years, and ask it to join a new effort to encourage development, and education, and opportunity in the Islamic world.

This time of adversity offers a unique moment of opportunity, a moment we must seize to change our culture. Through the gathering momentum of millions of acts of service and decency and kindness, I know: We can overcome evil with greater good.

And we have a great opportunity during this time of war to lead the world toward the values that will bring lasting peace. All fathers and mothers, in all societies, want their children to be educated and live free from poverty and violence. No people on Earth yearn to be oppressed, or aspire to servitude, or eagerly await the midnight knock of the secret police.

If anyone doubts this, let them look to Afghanistan, where the Islamic "street" greeted the fall of tyranny with song and celebration. Let the skeptics look to Islam's own rich history -- with its centuries of learning, and tolerance, and progress.

America will lead by defending liberty and justice because they are right and true and unchanging for all people everywhere. No nation owns these aspirations, and no nation is exempt from them. We have no intention of imposing our culture -- but America will always stand firm for the non-negotiable demands of human dignity: the rule of law ... limits on the power of the state ... respect for women ... private property ... free speech ... equal justice ... and religious tolerance.

America will take the side of brave men and women who advocate these values around the world -- including the Islamic world -- because we have a greater objective than eliminating threats and containing resentment. We seek a just and peaceful world beyond the war on terror.

In this moment of opportunity, a common danger is erasing old rivalries. America is working with Russia, China, and India in ways we never have before to achieve peace and prosperity. In every region, free markets and free trade and free societies are proving their power to lift lives. Together with friends and allies from Europe to Asia, from Africa to Latin America, we will demonstrate that the forces of terror cannot stop the momentum of freedom.

The last time I spoke here, I expressed the hope that life would return to normal. In some ways, it has. In others, it never will. Those of us who have lived through these challenging times have been changed by them. We've come to know truths that we will never question: Evil is real, and it must be opposed.

Beyond all differences of race or creed, we are one country, mourning together and facing danger together. Deep in the American character, there is honor, and it is stronger than cynicism. Many have discovered again that even in tragedy, especially in tragedy, God is near.

In a single instant, we realized that this will be a decisive decade in the history of liberty -- that we have been called to a unique role in human events. Rarely has the world faced a choice more clear or consequential.

Our enemies send other people's children on missions of suicide and murder. They embrace tyranny and death as a cause and a creed. We stand for a different choice -- made long ago, on the day of our founding. We affirm it again today. We choose freedom and the dignity of every life.

Steadfast in our purpose, we now press on. We have known freedom's price. We have shown freedom's power. And in this great conflict, my fellow Americans, we will see freedom's victory.

THE PRESIDENT: Thank you very much. Mr. Speaker, Vice President Cheney, members of Congress, distinguished guests, fellow citizens: As we gather tonight, our nation is at war, our economy is in recession, and the civilized world faces unprecedented dangers. Yet the state of our Union has never been stronger. (Applause.)

We last met in an hour of shock and suffering. In four short months, our nation has comforted the victims, begun to rebuild New York and the Pentagon, rallied a great coalition, captured, arrested, and rid the world of thousands of terrorists, destroyed Afghanistan's terrorist training camps, saved a people from starvation, and freed a country from brutal oppression. (Applause.)

The American flag flies again over our embassy in Kabul. Terrorists who once occupied Afghanistan now occupy cells at Guantanamo Bay. (Applause.) And terrorist leaders who urged followers to sacrifice their lives are running for their own. (Applause.)

America and Afghanistan are now allies against terror. We'll be partners in rebuilding that country. And this evening we welcome the distinguished interim leader of a liberated Afghanistan: Chairman Hamid Karzai. (Applause.)

The last time we met in this chamber, the mothers and daughters of Afghanistan were captives in their own homes, forbidden from working or going to school. Today women are free, and are part of Afghanistan's new government. And we welcome the new Minister of Women's Affairs, Doctor Sima Samar. (Applause.)

Our progress is a tribute to the spirit of the Afghan people, to the resolve of our coalition, and to the might of the United States military. (Applause.) When I called our troops into action, I did so with complete confidence in their courage and skill. And tonight, thanks to them, we are winning the war on terror. (Applause.) The man and women of our Armed Forces have delivered a message now clear to every enemy of the United States: Even 7,000 miles away, across oceans and continents, on mountaintops and in caves -- you will not escape the justice of this nation. (Applause.)

For many Americans, these four months have brought sorrow, and pain that will never completely go away. Every day a retired firefighter returns to Ground Zero, to feel closer to his two sons who died there. At a memorial in New York, a little boy left his football with a note for his lost father: Dear Daddy, please take this to heaven. I don't want to play football until I can play with you again some day.

Last month, at the grave of her husband, Michael, a CIA officer and Marine who died in Mazur-e-Sharif, Shannon Spann said these words of farewell: "Semper Fi, my love." Shannon is with us tonight. (Applause.)

Shannon, I assure you and all who have lost a loved one that our cause is just, and our country will never forget the debt we owe Michael and all who gave their lives for freedom.

Our cause is just, and it continues. Our discoveries in Afghanistan confirmed our worst fears, and showed us the true scope of the task ahead. We have seen the depth of our enemies' hatred in videos, where they laugh about the loss of innocent life. And the depth of their hatred is equaled by the madness of the destruction they design. We have found diagrams of American nuclear power plants and public water facilities, detailed instructions for making chemical weapons, surveillance maps of American cities, and thorough descriptions of landmarks in America and throughout the world.

What we have found in Afghanistan confirms that, far from ending there, our war against terror is only beginning. Most of the 19 men who hijacked planes on September the 11th were trained in Afghanistan's camps, and so were tens of thousands of others. Thousands of dangerous killers, schooled in the methods of murder, often supported by outlaw regimes, are now spread throughout the world like ticking time bombs, set to go off without warning.

Thanks to the work of our law enforcement officials and coalition partners, hundreds of terrorists have been arrested. Yet, tens of thousands of trained terrorists are still at large. These enemies view the entire world as a battlefield, and we must pursue them wherever they are. (Applause.) So long as training camps operate, so long as nations harbor terrorists, freedom is at risk. And America and our allies must not, and will not, allow it. (Applause.)

Our nation will continue to be steadfast and patient and persistent in the pursuit of two great objectives. First, we will shut down terrorist camps, disrupt terrorist plans, and bring terrorists to justice. And, second, we must prevent the terrorists and regimes who seek chemical, biological or nuclear weapons from threatening the United States and the world. (Applause.)

Our military has put the terror training camps of Afghanistan out of business, yet camps still exist in at least a dozen countries. A terrorist underworld -- including groups like Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, Jaish-i-Mohammed -- operates in remote jungles and deserts, and hides in the centers of large cities.

While the most visible military action is in Afghanistan, America is acting elsewhere. We now have troops in the Philippines, helping to train that country's armed forces to go after terrorist cells that have executed an American, and still hold hostages. Our soldiers, working with the Bosnian government, seized terrorists who were plotting to bomb our embassy. Our Navy is patrolling the coast of Africa to block the shipment of weapons and the establishment of terrorist camps in Somalia.

My hope is that all nations will heed our call, and eliminate the terrorist parasites who threaten their countries and our own. Many nations are acting forcefully. Pakistan is now cracking down on terror, and I admire the strong leadership of President Musharraf. (Applause.)

But some governments will be timid in the face of terror. And make no mistake about it: If they do not act, America will. (Applause.)

Our second goal is to prevent regimes that sponsor terror from threatening America or our friends and allies with weapons of mass destruction. Some of these regimes have been pretty quiet since September the 11th. But we know their true nature. North Korea is a regime arming with missiles and weapons of mass destruction, while starving its citizens.

Iran aggressively pursues these weapons and exports terror, while an unelected few repress the Iranian people's hope for freedom.

Iraq continues to flaunt its hostility toward America and to support terror. The Iraqi regime has plotted to develop anthrax, and nerve gas, and nuclear weapons for over a decade. This is a regime that has already used poison gas to murder thousands of its own citizens -- leaving the bodies of mothers huddled over their dead children. This is a regime that agreed to international inspections -- then kicked out the inspectors. This is a regime that has something to hide from the civilized world.

States like these, and their terrorist allies, constitute an axis of evil, arming to threaten the peace of the world. By seeking weapons of mass destruction, these regimes pose a grave and growing danger. They could provide these arms to terrorists, giving them the means to match their hatred. They could attack our allies or attempt to blackmail the United States. In any of these cases, the price of indifference would be catastrophic.

We will work closely with our coalition to deny terrorists and their state sponsors the materials, technology, and expertise to make and deliver weapons of mass destruction. We will develop and deploy effective missile defenses to protect America and our allies from sudden attack. (Applause.) And all nations should know: America will do what is necessary to ensure our nation's security.

We'll be deliberate, yet time is not on our side. I will not wait on events, while dangers gather. I will not stand by, as peril draws closer and closer. The United States of America will not permit the world's most dangerous regimes to threaten us with the world's most destructive weapons. (Applause.)

Our war on terror is well begun, but it is only begun. This campaign may not be finished on our watch -- yet it must be and it will be waged on our watch.

We can't stop short. If we stop now -- leaving terror camps intact and terror states unchecked -- our sense of security would be false and temporary. History has called America and our allies to action, and it is both our responsibility and our privilege to fight freedom's fight. (Applause.)

Our first priority must always be the security of our nation, and that will be reflected in the budget I send to Congress. My budget supports three great goals for America: We will win this war; we'll protect our homeland; and we will revive our economy.

September the 11th brought out the best in America, and the best in this Congress. And I join the American people in applauding your unity and resolve. (Applause.) Now Americans deserve to have this same spirit directed toward addressing problems here at home. I'm a proud member of my party -- yet as we act to win the war, protect our people, and create jobs in America, we must act, first and foremost, not as Republicans, not as Democrats, but as Americans. (Applause.)

It costs a lot to fight this war. We have spent more than a billion dollars a month -- over $30 million a day -- and we must be prepared for future operations. Afghanistan proved that expensive precision weapons defeat the enemy and spare innocent lives, and we need more of them. We need to replace aging aircraft and make our military more agile, to put our troops anywhere in the world quickly and safely. Our men and women in uniform deserve the best weapons, the best equipment, the best training -- and they also deserve another pay raise. (Applause.)

My budget includes the largest increase in defense spending in two decades -- because while the price of freedom and security is high, it is never too high. Whatever it costs to defend our country, we will pay. (Applause.)

The next priority of my budget is to do everything possible to protect our citizens and strengthen our nation against the ongoing threat of another attack. Time and distance from the events of September the 11th will not make us safer unless we act on its lessons. America is no longer protected by vast oceans. We are protected from attack only by vigorous action abroad, and increased vigilance at home.

My budget nearly doubles funding for a sustained strategy of homeland security, focused on four key areas: bioterrorism, emergency response, airport and border security, and improved intelligence. We will develop vaccines to fight anthrax and other deadly diseases. We'll increase funding to help states and communities train and equip our heroic police and firefighters. (Applause.) We will improve intelligence collection and sharing, expand patrols at our borders, strengthen the security of air travel, and use technology to track the arrivals and departures of visitors to the United States. (Applause.)

Homeland security will make America not only stronger, but, in many ways, better. Knowledge gained from bioterrorism research will improve public health. Stronger police and fire departments will mean safer neighborhoods. Stricter border enforcement will help combat illegal drugs. (Applause.) And as government works to better secure our homeland, America will continue to depend on the eyes and ears of alert citizens.

A few days before Christmas, an airline flight attendant spotted a passenger lighting a match. The crew and passengers quickly subdued the man, who had been trained by al Qaeda and was armed with explosives. The people on that plane were alert and, as a result, likely saved nearly 200 lives. And tonight we welcome and thank flight attendants Hermis Moutardier and Christina Jones. (Applause.)

Once we have funded our national security and our homeland security, the final great priority of my budget is economic security for the American people. (Applause.) To achieve these great national objectives -- to win the war, protect the homeland, and revitalize our economy -- our budget will run a deficit that will be small and short-term, so long as Congress restrains spending and acts in a fiscally responsible manner. (Applause.) We have clear priorities and we must act at home with the same purpose and resolve we have shown overseas: We'll prevail in the war, and we will defeat this recession. (Applause.)

Americans who have lost their jobs need our help and I support extending unemployment benefits and direct assistance for health care coverage. (Applause.) Yet, American workers want more than unemployment checks -- they want a steady paycheck. (Applause.) When America works, America prospers, so my economic security plan can be summed up in one word: jobs. (Applause.)

Good jobs begin with good schools, and here we've made a fine start. (Applause.) Republicans and Democrats worked together to achieve historic education reform so that no child is left behind. I was proud to work with members of both parties: Chairman John Boehner and Congressman George Miller. (Applause.) Senator Judd Gregg. (Applause.) And I was so proud of our work, I even had nice things to say about my friend, Ted Kennedy. (Laughter and applause.) I know the folks at the Crawford coffee shop couldn't believe I'd say such a thing -- (laughter) -- but our work on this bill shows what is possible if we set aside posturing and focus on results. (Applause.)

There is more to do. We need to prepare our children to read and succeed in school with improved Head Start and early childhood development programs. (Applause.) We must upgrade our teacher colleges and teacher training and launch a major recruiting drive with a great goal for America: a quality teacher in every classroom. (Applause.)

Good jobs also depend on reliable and affordable energy. This Congress must act to encourage conservation, promote technology, build infrastructure, and it must act to increase energy production at home so America is less dependent on foreign oil. (Applause.)

Good jobs depend on expanded trade. Selling into new markets creates new jobs, so I ask Congress to finally approve trade promotion authority. (Applause.) On these two key issues, trade and energy, the House of Representatives has acted to create jobs, and I urge the Senate to pass this legislation. (Applause.)

Good jobs depend on sound tax policy. (Applause.) Last year, some in this hall thought my tax relief plan was too small; some thought it was too big. (Applause.) But when the checks arrived in the mail, most Americans thought tax relief was just about right. (Applause.) Congress listened to the people and responded by reducing tax rates, doubling the child credit, and ending the death tax. For the sake of long-term growth and to help Americans plan for the future, let's make these tax cuts permanent. (Applause.)

The way out of this recession, the way to create jobs, is to grow the economy by encouraging investment in factories and equipment, and by speeding up tax relief so people have more money to spend. For the sake of American workers, let's pass a stimulus package. (Applause.)

Good jobs must be the aim of welfare reform. As we reauthorize these important reforms, we must always remember the goal is to reduce dependency on government and offer every American the dignity of a job. (Applause.)

Americans know economic security can vanish in an instant without health security. I ask Congress to join me this year to enact a patients' bill of rights -- (applause) -- to give uninsured workers credits to help buy health coverage -- (applause) -- to approve an historic increase in the spending for veterans' health -- (applause) -- and to give seniors a sound and modern Medicare system that includes coverage for prescription drugs. (Applause.)

A good job should lead to security in retirement. I ask Congress to enact new safeguards for 401K and pension plans. (Applause.) Employees who have worked hard and saved all their lives should not have to risk losing everything if their company fails. (Applause.) Through stricter accounting standards and tougher disclosure requirements, corporate America must be made more accountable to employees and shareholders and held to the highest standards of conduct. (Applause.)

Retirement security also depends upon keeping the commitments of Social Security, and we will. We must make Social Security financially stable and allow personal retirement accounts for younger workers who choose them. (Applause.)

Members, you and I will work together in the months ahead on other issues: productive farm policy -- (applause) -- a cleaner environment -- (applause) -- broader home ownership, especially among minorities -- (applause) -- and ways to encourage the good work of charities and faith-based groups. (Applause.) I ask you to join me on these important domestic issues in the same spirit of cooperation we've applied to our war against terrorism. (Applause.)

During these last few months, I've been humbled and privileged to see the true character of this country in a time of testing. Our enemies believed America was weak and materialistic, that we would splinter in fear and selfishness. They were as wrong as they are evil. (Applause.)

The American people have responded magnificently, with courage and compassion, strength and resolve. As I have met the heroes, hugged the families, and looked into the tired faces of rescuers, I have stood in awe of the American people.

And I hope you will join me -- I hope you will join me in expressing thanks to one American for the strength and calm and comfort she brings to our nation in crisis, our First Lady, Laura Bush. (Applause.)

فمن أول وهلة لقرائتي ما جاء به الأخ الفاضل سيف الكلمة عرفت أن هناك تحريف أو خطأ للترجمه
وهذا لايعني كما قال الأخ التائب أن بوش الصغير لايريد ذلك أو لـيس كـذلك بل هـو اشـد عـداء للإسلام

اطلق الرئيس اليمني علي صالح صرخة رسمية في 11/1/2004م، في مؤتمر صحفيّ مفاجئ، عقده بعدما أدار جلسة افتتاح مؤتمر صنعاء الإقليمي للديمقراطية، وحقوق الإنسان، ومحكمة الجنايات الدولية، أكد أنه (لم يعد هناك مكان للديكتاتوريات، ويجب أن نقوّم أنفسنا، وأن نحلق رؤوسنا قبل أن يحلق لنا الآخرون، وعلينا احترام شعوبنا حتى يحترمنا الآخرون) وقال : (إن مقررات المؤتمر وتوصياته ستتضمن الشيء الكثير حول حقوق الإنسان، وحول الديمقراطية، واعتبرها توصيات لكل الأنظمة السياسية، بأن تسلك طريق الديمقراطية الحضارية، وتحترم حقوق الإنسان، وأن تقفل السجون السياسية إلا سجون الإرهابيين) وقال: (نأمل أن نتّعظ من الماضي).

والماضي الذي يعنيه هو الماضي القريب بعد ان تمت الحلاقة الكاملة لصدام حسين وبعد ان تمت الحلاقة الكاملة لذقن معمر القذافي وصندوق المال الليبي الذي دفع الغرامة المالية وهي 3000000000 دولارا ثمن 300 غربي ..بمنطق القوة من طرف ..والجبن من طرف.
خمس مائة مليار دولار حصيلة بيع اميركا للنفط العراقي منذ احتلالها للعراق. فلمن تذهب هذه الاموال والخيرات التي نحن اصحابها.. ويحرمون اصحابها منها

لقد عبث الأميركيون برؤوس حكام المسلمين عندما عبثوا برأس صدام، فحاكم يضع يده على رأسه، وآخر يطأطئ رأسه، وثالث يريد أن يحلق رأسه...ومن العجيب، إن أحداً من هؤلاء الحكام لم يراجع نفسه وأخطاءه ويتوب إلى ربه، بل، وهذه هي الطامة الكبرى، إنهم يزدادون ذلاً وتنازلاً وانبطاحاً...
إرضاءً لأميركا... إنهم الآن يغيرون مناهج التربية والتعليم، ويفتحون أجواء المسلمين أمام الفضائيات التي تحمل مشروع صرف المسلمين عن دينهم، إنهم يضيّقون على تصرفات المسلمين المالية في بلادهم بحجة مساعدة أميركا على تجفيف منابع الإرهاب

يريدون أن تقفل السجون السياسية إلا سجون الإرهابيين..فمن هم الارهابيون في نظرهم الا المسحوقون المظلومون في نظر الحق والعدالة..من هم غير المسلمين الذين يجاهدون باغلى ما يملكون من أجل حياة أفضل حقا وقائمة على الاصول الثابتة والمنضبطة والتي جذورها في الارض وفرعها في السماء..وليس الاصول المنفلتة والتي نرى النماذج السيئة منها في الفضائيات وسائر وسائل الاعلام العربية..
إن دعوته أن تقفل السجون السياسية , كم تحمل في طيّاتها من ظلم وقهر وإذلال مارسوه على كل من خالفهم، كم تحمل في معانيها من جرائم ارتكبت بحق المسلمين.

سلسلة طويلة من الكتاب لا يسعون الا لتدمير الاصول والثوابت لتكون في هذا العصر اصولا وثوابت ما انزل الله بها من سلطان
جمعهم الذل والخوف على المصير في الدنيا فقط. يحتاجون إلى التقويم، وهم غير محترمين من غيرهم.

وبعض من يسمّون بالعلماء يزينون منكرهم، إن علماء السوء ينالهم غضب من اللَّه كبير، لأن اللَّه سبحانه ورسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم أخبرانا بذلك.
وبوجود أمثال هؤلاء العلماء إلى جانب أمثال هؤلاء المنبطحين يصبح فساد الأمة مكتمل الحلقات.

ومن العجيب أن يتسنم هؤلاء مراكز عالية، وتضفى عليهم ألقاب تشريفية بينما هم من الذين يجب على الأمة أن تخشى منهم على دينها ودنياها ... طالما ظلوا على هذا الطريق..وهم بالفعل لن يغيروه ولن يتغيروا. إن داعيهم يدعو إلى التعامل مع أميركا واليهود على المكشوف ومن غير استحياء... إنهم قطعوا العلاقة مع اللَّه ومع المسلمين وأقاموها مع أعدائهم. لقد ابتغوا العزة عندهم ... إنهم يتصرفون ولسان حالهم يقول: ما أظن أن تبيد هذه أبداً، وما أظن الساعة قائمة.

إن هؤلاء أشقى خلق اللَّه، إنهم يخافون من ظل عدوة المسلمين الأولى أميركا، ويتوددون إلى شر خلق اللَّه ... ولا يتعظون، لقد ولّوا وجوههم شطر إرضاء أميركا، بدل أن يولّوها شطر إرضاء اللَّه وحده سبحانه وتعالى.ويزينون باطلهم بوسائل الإعلام.


بيدنا لا بيد أميركا
لا يرضي المسلمين إلا ما يرضي ربهم، وما يرضيه سبحانه هو أن يقوم أمره، وترفع كلمته، وينتشر حقه ويزهق باطل الكفر. لينعم البشر بخير الاسلام .يحكم الناس بكتاب اللَّه وسنة رسوله، ويحوطهم بعنايته، ويعدل بينهم، ويوفر لهم الحياة الكريمة، ويفتح أمامهم بالإسلام باب العزة والكرامة في الدنيا، وطريق الجنة ورضوان اللَّه سبحانه في الآخرة.
يا رب, هيئ الامور لما ترضاه ونحبه.

مع كونى لاافهم اللغة الانجليزية جيدا ومع قناعتى بان الامريكان ومن نشر هذا الخطاب يؤمن بان هذا النص حقيقى باعتراف بوش بنفسه ان حربه حربا صليبية ضد الاسلام لكن
ما اود تسجيله هنا بانى استمتعت بهذا المستوى الرائع من الحوار بين الاخوة وفى نفس الوقت من زخم الموضوع و وطريقة عرض الفكرة فتحياتى لاخى كاتب الموضوع وهذا الجهد الرائع الذى قام به

هؤلاء الصليبيين يحاولون تدمير هذة الأمة -ولكن نحن امة قوية ولن يستطيع هذا البوش ان يغير فينا شيء لن يحلق رجالنا لحاهم ولن نترك جلابيبنا فهذا ما امرنا به الرسول الكريم صلى الله علية وسلم.

الحمدلله الإسلام ينتشر في أمريكا وفي الغرب انتشار النار في الهشيم ولن يستطيع الصليبي القذر بوش هو وأعوانه من المساس براية الإسلام والله أكبر
أين رجال الأمة من هذا الصليبي المعتوه وأعوانه من اليهود الفاجرين , أين المجاهدين المرابطين على الثغور للاقتصاص من هذا الأرعن وأعوانه ؟

يريدون ان يطفئوا نور الله نور الاسلام الذي انعم الله به علينا ولكن هيهات وهيهات فلنا العزة ولهم الذلة وليخسأ بوش ومن معة من الصليبيين المسيحيين اليهود الحاقدين. لقد اعزنا الله بالاسلام ولكن يجب ان نرفع راية الجهاد ضد هؤلاء المجرمين اللذين لا يعرفون الانسانية ولا ضمير لديهم. الله اكبر .اللهم انصر الاسلام والمسلمين في كل مكان يا رب العالمين.

فإني قد دخلت هذا المنتدى المبارك للمرة الأولى في حياتي وأتمنى أن يكون منهجها التوحيد الخالص الذي نريد به وجه الله والدار الآخرة وإحياء لسنة وهدي النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ونقتفى به آثار الصحابة الكرام رضي الله عنهم جميعا ونعيش منهجا قيما رفيعا عن كل شبهة وكل زيع وكل تحريف ونسأل الله أن يجمعنا وإياكم على حوض نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم نشرب من يده الشريفة شربة هنيئة لا نظمأ بعدها أبدا والحمد لله رب العالمين

موضوع قديم قرأته ولكن الجديد هو الوداع الأخير في العراق لبوش المجرم كان بحذاء منتظر الزيدي العراقي الأبي على راس بوش وأراد الله (جل وعلىَ) الذل والخسران لهذا الطاغية ولم يتحقق بإذن الله اي من امانيه
