سنتكلم فقط عن تعقيد" محرك و سياط" أقدم خلية بسيطة وجدت بتاريخ الأرض

قبل سنتين تم إكتشاف أعرق بكتيريا باليابان أقدم دليل على وجود الحياة البيولوجية على الأرض خلية بكتيرية وحيدة تعيش في وسط مائي عالي الحرارة و بعد دراستها و فهمها مؤخرا الآن تبين أنها معقدة بشكل مذهل جدا : سرعتها تفوق 10 مرات سرعة E. coli الأحدث منها و أسرع سباحة ثلاث أضعاف من سرعة فهد يركض بأقصى سرعة في الهواء على لأرض -و هي في وسط مائي- يكنونها بالسياط من نوع السيارات " فيراري " the Ferrari of flagella -> بسرعة 300 ميكرومتر في الثانية , لها 7 محركات رئيسية و 24 ليف و سياط مثبتة بشكل معقد ; تدور باتجاه واحد و التروس للأجزاء الأصغر تدور عكسيا لتحقيق أقصى قدر من عزم الدوران مع تقليل الاحتكاك مع ميكانيكية تلك الشبيهة تماما بمحركات على غرار الطائرات الحديثة وطائرات الهليكوبتر بل يصف العلماء أن محركات الخلية المكروسكوبية أعقد و أكثر فاعلية و أقل هدرا للطاقة

Here we have used electron cryotomography to visualize the 3D architecture of the sheathed flagella. The seven filaments are enveloped with 24 fibrils in the sheath, and their basal bodies are arranged in an intertwined hexagonal array similar to the thick and thin filaments of vertebrate skeletal muscles. This complex and exquisite architecture strongly suggests that the fibrils counter-rotate between flagella in direct contact to minimize the friction of high-speed rotation of individual flagella in the tight bundle within the sheath to enable MO-1 cells to swim at about 300 µm/s

طبعا الدراسة تثني بشكل واضح على المحرك المخروطي السداسي لهذه البكتيريا العتيقة و شكل و سرعة و تقنية تركيب أسياطها في الورقة المباشرة المفصلة و حتى في موقع النشر - التي بدأت الدراسات و النشر حولها في 2012 -

Marine magnetotactic ovoid bacterium MO-1 is capable of swimming along the geomagnetic field lines by means of its two sheathed flagellar bundles at a speed up to 300 μm/s. In this study, by using electron microscopy, we showed that, in each bundle, six individual flagella were organized in hexagon with a seventh in the middle. We identified 12 flagellin paralogs and 2 putative flagellins in the genome of MO-1. Among them, 13 were tandemly located on an ~ 17-kb segment while the 14th was on a separated locus. Using reverse transcription PCR and quantitative PCR, we found that all the 14 flagellin or putative flagellin genes were transcribed and that 2 of them were more abundantly expressed than others. A nLC (nanoliquid chromatography)-ESI (electrospray ionization)-MS/MS (mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry) mass spectrometry analysis identified all the 12 flagellin proteins in three glycosylated polypeptide bands resolved by one-dimensional denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and 10 of them in 21 spots obtained by means of two-dimensional electrophoresis of flagellar extracts. Most spots contained more than one flagellin, and eight of the ten identified flagellins existed in multiple isoforms. Taken together, these results show unprecedented complexity in the spatial organization and flagellin composition of the flagellar propeller. Such architecture is observed only for ovoid-coccoid, bilophotrichously flagellated magnetotactic bacteria living in marine sediments, suggesting a species and environmental specificity.

و لكن في آخر الدراسة نجد تشدقا أعمى بالتطور و كأن مليار سنة كافية لتفسير هذه الآلية المعقدة للنقل بسرعة و تركيب فائقين إن إعتبرنا أن عمر الأرض في متوسط 4.5 مليار سنة !! بغض الطرف عن باقي خصائص الخلية

Taken together, these features of the MO-1 flagellar apparatus represent an advanced level of evolution of a motility apparatus. It is also intriguing that the same pattern of an intertwined hexagonal array in two evolutionary distant systems: the basal bodies of flagella and fibrils of the MO-1 flagellar apparatus, and the thick and thin filaments in vertebrate skeletal muscle. Similar architectures of filamentous structures presumably evolved independently in prokaryotes and eukaryotes to fulfill the requirements for two very distinct mechanisms to generate motion: counter rotation and axial sliding.

هذه البكتيريا من نوع Magnetotactic bacteria أي أن مساراتها تكون مضبوطة محددة حسب خطوط الحقول المغناطيسية للمجال المغناطيسي الأرضي ، تقوم بامتصاص جزيئات الحديد من وسطها تم تعقد كيميائيته لتثبيته و مسكه رمز الكيميائي و صيغته في الصورة أسفله Fe تسمى بعملية CHELATION لتقوم بتكوين ما يسمى Magnetosomes وهو من يقوم بدور إستشعاري للحقل المغناطيسي الأرضي و التنقل بحسبه لقطع مسافات تصل من القطب الشمالي لمنتصف الكوكب أحيانا للقطب الجنوبي في مياه المحيطات بتلك السرعات الهائلة ....

جزاكم الله خيرا أستاذنا الكريم ، وجود فرع حيوي علمي كالبيوميماتيك وحده يكفي للقضاء على دعاة العشوائية و الصدف و الطفرات دون أي توجيه أو قصد إذ كيف لعقل أن " يحاكي " شيئا ما و يستوحي منه إلا إن كان المستوحى منه مُركب على نُظم وقوانين عقلية ذكية تخاطبه فيفهمها بل فوقها يتعلم منها و يستفيد ؟؟؟؟!!
