السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
أخي الكريم ...
بالنسبة لشبهة زواج النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام من يسدتنا عائشة رضي الله عنها ...

فهناك حلقة أعدها الشيخ يوسف استس جزاه الله خيرا ..بصراحة لم أجد أقرب منها الى أذهان الغربيين ...

سأحاول أن ابحث عنها لأن الرابط الموجود لها عندي من موقع اليوتيوب ..ولا ادري ان كان يسمح بمثل هذا الموقع في المنتدى

ولكن تبين انه يقرأ من كتب النقاد الغربين للاسلام
لذلك تم تنبيه عن ذلك واقتنع ولله الحمد

Misconception #1: Muslims worship a different God

First of all, there is only One God who created the Universe and all of mankind. Throughout history, people have created false gods in their minds and come up with false ideas about Almighty God, but regardless of this there is still only One True God - and He alone is worthy of worship. Unfortunately, some non-Muslims have come to incorrectly believe that Muslims worship a different God than Jews and Christians. This might be due to the fact that Muslims sometimes refer to God as "Allah", but also because over the centuries there have been many lies and distortions spread by the enemies of Islam. In actuality, Muslims worship the God of Noah, Abraham, Moses and Jesus --- the same God as Christians and Jews. The word "Allah" is simply the Arabic word for Almighty God and it is the same word that Arabic speaking Christians and Jews use to refer to God. If you pick up an Arabic translation of the Christian Bible, you will see the word "Allah" where "God" is used in English. For more information on the word "Allah", please read: Who is Allah? But even though Muslims, Jews and Christians believe in the same God, their concepts about Him differ quite a bit. For example, Muslims reject the idea of the Trinity or that God has become "incarnate" in the world. Also, the teachings of Islam do not rely on or appeal to "mystery" or "paradox" --- they are straightforward and clear. Islam teaches that God is Merciful, Loving and Compassionate and that He has no need to become man (nor do humans need for Him to). One of the unique aspects of Islam is that it teaches that man can have a personal and fulfilling relationship with Almighty God without compromising the transcendence of God. In Islam there is no ambiguity in Divinity --- God is God and man is man. Muslims believe that God is the "Most Merciful", and that he deals directly with human-beings without the need of any intermediary. Actually, the phrase "In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful" is one of the most repeated verses in the Holy Qur'an. Additionally, the pure and straightforward teachings of Islam demand that Almighty God be approached directly and without intermediaries. This is because Muslims believe that God is completely in control of everything and that He can bestow His Grace and Mercy on His creatures as He pleases - no Atonement, Incarnation or blood sacrifice is necessary. In summary, Islam calls people to submit to the One True God and to worship Him alone.

القران كتاب ليس من عند اله. كتابكم(القران) كان من المفروض ان تكون رسالته واحده من اول صفحه الى اخر صفحه. وليس ذو افكار متغيره على مزاج البشر فيفسرونه كما يريدون. الرب كامل ولا يحتاج ان يغير رسالته وكلامه (اظنه يقصد النسخ في القران)

-رسولكم اتى بقوانين لينه في البدايه وشددها الى ان منع بعض الاشياء كشرب الخمر فقط لكي يزيد عدد متبعيه(اظنه يقصد ان القوانين لم تسن على ماهي الان لانه لو حدث ذلك لما اتبعه احد).

-رسولكم تزوج من بنت عمرها 9سنوات والمشكله ليست هذا الزواج ولكن المشكله هي ان بنات هذا العصر هم من يدفعون الثمن فيزوجون من رجال اعمارهم 40 و50 سنه وهذا كله لان المسلمين يرون الرسول كقدوة ومثالهم الاعلى حتى وان لم يرغمو على ذلك

السيدة مريم العذراء حينما كانت متزوجة (او مخطوبة) بشهادة اهل الصليب من يوسف النجار وولدت السيد المسيح.. كان سنها 12 سنة فقط في حين كان يوسف النجار على مشارف التسعين من عمره.. حوالي(89).. يعني أكبر منها بحوالى77سنة.. وهذا الكلام موثق في الموسوعة الكاثوليكية...

Is 'Allah' the same god of the Jews and Christians?

Yes. The word in Hebrew came from "El" and in Arabic from "Elh". The word for "god" (note the small 'g' in English) is "Elah". Compare this to "Eloi" and "Eli" in the New Testament.

The word "Allah" is the perfect word to describe the God of Jews and Christians as it does not permit gender nor plural. Therefore, when the word is used as in "Eloihim" or "Allahumma" (these would appear at first to be plural and/or female genders) it becomes clear it is the royal usage such as a king would use in referring to his royal station while make a decree of some type. The king would state, "We decree the following..." and he is actually talking about his royal position rather than plural status.

There is no word in English for the "God" of Israel, the "God" of Jesus. This explains why the spelling remains the same whether speaking of a false "god" or pagan idol and the "God" of Abraham or Moses or Jesus (peace be upon them). Note the use of the capital "g" (G). This is the only way English can present a difference between the two. In the semitic languages it is easy to distinguish the difference between a "god" and "The God" due to the structure of the word itself.

Evidence for this is quite simple. Visit any motel or hotel and remove the Bible located in the drawer next to the bed (placed they courtesy of the Gideon Society). Note inside the first few pages a reference to the translations of the Bible they have made into 27 languages. The second example they give is to the Arabic language of the passage in the New Testament from the Gospel of John 3:16. The verse begins in English; "For God so loved the world.." and in the Arabic translation the word used for "God" is "Allah."

The Arabic Bible beginning with the Book of Genesis uses the word "Allah" to represent "The God" of Creation; Adam and Eve; Noah; Abraham; Ishmael and Isaac and Israel. Page one of Genesis has the word "Allah" 17 times.

Quran proves - "Allah" is NOT a 'moon god':
"And from among His Signs are the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. Do not bow down (prostrate) to the sun nor to the moon, but only bow down (prostrate) to "Allah" Who created them, if you (really) worship Him." [Holy Quran 41:37]

The Christian acquaintance who sent me a copy of Morey's booklet also sent me five questions related to this subject. I will attempt to answer them below:

Question 1:
What is the significance of the crescent moon in Islam?

Answer:
The Quran answers this question before you asked it. Read this verse:

"They ask you about the new moons. Say: These are signs to mark fixed periods of time for mankind and for the pilgrimage." [Holy Quran 2:189]

Question 2:
Why does Islam follow a lunar calendar?

Answer:
In both the Bible and the Quran religious festivals are regulated by the lunar calendar. Jews and Muslims have kept to these regulations which they believe to be from God. Why does Christianity follow a solar calendar?

Question 3:
Why is the feast of Ramadan marked by the appearance of the crescent moon?

Answer:
I think you mean the fast of Ramadan. God commanded Muslims in the Quran to fast from dawn to sunset during the month called Ramadan (see Quran 2:185, 187). The beginning and end of the month is determined by the crescent (2:189) based on the instruction of God's Messenger, on whom be peace.

Why this method and not another is not for us to say but for God and His Messenger to prescribe. However, I find it an efficient method. It is a universally applicable method, and it allows for Ramadan to move through all the seasons. This allows believers to have the pleasure of worshipping God by fasting in all the various seasons: one year in the summer, some years later in the winter.

Question 4:
Why does the Quran place the Sabeans on the same level with Jews and Christians when scholars have clearly proven that the Sabeans were involved in the moon cult?

Answer:
I am not aware that the Quran has placed the Sabeans on the same level with Jews and Christians. Perhaps you have in mind the following verse:

"Those who believe and those who are Jews and Christians and Sabians, whoever believes in "Allah" and the Last Day and do righteous good deeds shall have their reward with their Lord. On them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve."
[Holy Quran 2:62; also 5:69]

This verse, however, does not place the Sabeans on the same level as the Jews and Christians except in a particular context. The verse speaks of four distinct communities, and offers all four the opportunity to fear not nor grieve if only they would believe in "Allah" and the Last Day and do right. The four communities are:

the Believers (i.e., the Muslims)
the Jews
the Christians
the Sabeans

While they are all offered the same opportunity for improvement, nothing, is said in this verse about the validity of the existing faiths of these four communities. Otherwise the Jews and Christians who are criticized in the Quran for their deviations will not be placed on the same level with the believers. The matter becomes clear when you realise that believers here does not mean saved persons but those who ostensibly belong to the community of Muslims. They, as well as the other three groups, must do the following to be saved: believe in "Allah" , believe in the Last Day, and do right. Doing right, according to the Quran, includes following every teaching of Muhammad.

Question 5:
Did the Meccans worship the true God since they recognized "Allah" ? Was "Allah" one of the gods of the Ka'bah?
And if so, where did the Meccans derive the recognition and the name of "Allah" from?

Answer:
First, "Allah" was not one of the 360 idols which were in the Ka'bah, although Morey has claimed this without evidence. When the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) entered Makkah victorious he went into the Ka'bah and broke the idols therein.

Second, the word "Allah" has been used all along for the name of "God" in the Arabic Bible for Jews and Christians alike. The proof is easy to verify; simple go to any hotel or motel on the earth and look in the drawer next to the bed and take out the complimentary Bible, placed there by the Giddeons and then look on page 5 or 6 where they list the examples of translations they have made into other languages. The second example given is for Arabic speakers. The verse is from the Gospel of John, chapter 3, verse 16. Everyone knows this one; "For God so loved the world..." and the word in Arabic for "God" is "Allah." Then if you have a Bible in Arabic, look on page one in Genesis, and you will find the word "Allah" 17 times.

Next, the word for "God" to the Arabs, ever since the time of Abraham, peace be upon him, has been "Allah" and He is to them, the Lord of the Ka'bah (the black box in the center of the Holy Sanctuary in Makkah). He was the unseen God whom they would call upon when in distress. Yes, they worshipped the true God but their worship was not purely for Him. They also worshipped other gods thinking that they would act as intermediaries between them and the true God Allah.

The Arabs know of Allah because Abraham visited Makkah and together with his son Ishmael laid the foundation of the Ka'bah. The descendants of Ishmael retained some of the worship rites and beliefs from Abraham. This included their knowledge of the true God Allah.

Elsewhere we have shown conclusively that the true god, "El" of the Bible is the same as "Allah" of the Quran.

مرحبا بكم أيها الكرام .
هذه بعض الملاحظات التي قد تفيد في حل الإشكالات التي عرضها أخونا : سالم .

أولا :
بالنسبة لمسألة النسخ : النصارى آخر من يتكلم في مسألة النسخ ، فإنهم : "مدمنو نسخ" !!! ، إن صح التعبير ، وليس هذا سباً ، وإنما هي الحقيقة ، فهم واليهود على طرفي نقيض ، فقد أعطوا قساوستهم حق نسخ الأحكام ، وشاهدنا في العصر الحاضر البابا الراحل يبرأ اليهود من دم المسيح ، عليه الصلاة والسلام ، بحسب ما اعتقدوه من صلبه فداء للنوع الإنساني !! ، وهذا أمر يمس جوهر العقيدة النصرانية ، فهل يمكن نسخ أمر كهذا بجرة قلم من بشر غير معصوم بعد وقوع الحادثة التي تجري عندهم : مجرى التواتر ، وإن كان تواترها عندنا مدخولا لشبهة التواطؤ فضلا عن عدم وجود إسناد لها أصلا لتثبت من الناحية العلمية كبقية مسائل النصرانية العلمية والعملية ، بعد وقوعها بنحو 2000 سنة !!! .

إن نسخ الخبر أمر محال لأنه يلزم منه تكذيب المخبِر ، ولذلك كان النسخ مقصورا على الأحكام فهي التي تقبل النسخ تخفيفا ، كنسخ خمسين صلاة بخمس عندنا أهل الإسلام ، وتثقيلا كنسخ إباحة الخمر ، فهل كان النصارى من لدن رفع المسيح عليه الصلاة والسلام كاذبين في نقلهم حتى جاء البابا المعاصر ليرفع هذا الكذب ؟!!! ، وأي غلو في النسخ أعظم من هذا ؟!!

وحتى في الأحكام : لا يقع النسخ مطلقا ، فإن منها ما لا يقبل النسخ ، كأصول العقائد ، وأصول الأحكام ، فإن الخمر لم تكن مباحة : إباحة شرعية ، (وقيد شرعية مهم جدا ، لأن إباحتها في الجاهلية قبل تحريمها تحريما متدرجا ليست إباحة شرعية ، وإنما هي مما اصطلح أهل العلم على تسميته بـــ : "الإباحة العقلية" ، أي أنها بلغتنا المعاصرة كانت : أمرا واقعا ، وفرق كبير بين الأمر الواقع الذي لا مناص من التعامل معه وإن كان فاسدا والأمر المشروع الذي يبيحه الله ، عز وجل ، ابتداء كالطيبات من الرزق فإن الفساد فيه معدوم أو نادر لا ينهض لمعارضة المصلحة المتحققة في تناوله ، فالنادر لا حكم له ليرد به أصل مطرد) ، وكذلك الخنزير لم يكن مباحا في أي شريعة ، لنجاسة عينه وعظيم خطره على بدن ، بل وخلق آكله ، فهو يورث طاعمه دياثة وتبلدا في المشاعر ، والربا ، أيضا ، لم يكن مباحا في أي شريعة ، وإنما استحله اليهود على عادتهم في تحصيل عرض الدنيا الزائل بأي وسيلة ولو كانت محرمة .

الشاهد أن للنسخ قيودا في الأخبار والأحكام ، لم يلتزم النصارى بها أصلا ، فلا هم منعوا النسخ في الأخبار ، كما صنع البابا ، ولا هم منعوا رؤوسهم من العبث في أحكام الكتاب المقدس ، فكثير منها قد نسخ على أيدي بشر ، وما لم ينسخ بالكلية طاله النسخ الجزئي تبعا لهوى الناسخ كما صنع ملكهم الذي تصرف في صيامهم : قدرا ، بالزيادة ، وزمنا : بجعله في زمن بعينه ، وكيفية : بقصره على ما حلت فيه الحياة الحيوانية الحساسة دون الحياة النباتية كما هو معلوم من واقع النصارى اليوم .

بل إنك إن رجعت إلى شريعة المسيح عليه الصلاة والسلام ، وجدتها هي نفسها : ناسخة لبعض أحكام التوراة ، فنبوة عيسى عليه الصلاة والسلام فرع على نبوة موسى عليه الصلاة والسلام ، كما في قوله تعالى : (وَمُصَدِّقًا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ مِنَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَلِأُحِلَّ لَكُمْ بَعْضَ الَّذِي حُرِّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ) ، فلزمهم إذا منعوا النسخ أن يبطل دينهم ، فتكون اليهودية هي الدين الواجب الاتباع .

وهو نفس اللازم الذي يرد به المسلمون على اليهود الذين غلوا في الجانب الآخر فحرموا النسخ مطلقا بزعم أنه يلزم منه البداء ، (وهو : بدو الشيء بعد أن لم يكن ، وهو محال على الله ، عز وجل ، لما فيه من الاتصاف بالجهل بعاقبة الأمر فيبدو له ما لم يكن في حسبانه !!!!) ، إذ لو التزم اليهود ذلك لبطلت ملتهم هي الأخرى ، لأنها نسخت أحكاما لم تكن محرمة في شرائع من سبقهم كنسخ زواج الأخ والأخت فهو مما كان مباحا في شريعة آدم عليه الصلاة والسلام ، وهم يحرمون ذلك ، وهذا نسخ لما كان مباحا إباحة شرعية قبل ذلك ، ولو التزم أهل الملل كلها هذا اللازم لبطلت كل الشرائع وللزمنا جميعا العودة إلى شريعة آدم عليه الصلاة والسلام !!!! .

وإلى وسطية أمة الإسلام في باب النسخ بين تفريط اليهود وإفراط النصارى أشار ابن تيمية ، رحمه الله ، بقوله :
"وأما الحلال والحرام والطهارة والنجاسة فإن اليهود حرمت عليهم الطيبات وشددت عليهم من أمر النجاسات حتى منعوا من مؤاكلة الحائض والجلوس معها في بيت ومن إزالة النجاسة وحرم عليهم شحم الثرب والكليتين وكل ذي ظفر وغير ذلك . والمسيح عليه السلام أحل لهم بعض الذي حرم عليهم فقابلهم النصارى فقالوا ليس شيء محرم لا الخنزير ولا غيره بل ولا شيء نجس لا البول ولا غيره وزعموا أن بعض أكابرهم رأى ملاءة صور له فيها صور الحيوان وقيل له كل ما طابت نفسك ودع ما تكره وأنه أبيح لهم جميع الحيوان ونسخوا شرع التوراة بمجرد ذلك فالحلال عندهم ما اشتهته أنفسهم والحرام عندهم ما كرهته أنفسهم فهدى الله الذين آمنوا لما اختلف فيه من الحق فأحل لهم الله الطيبات وحرم عليهم الخبائث وأزال عنهم الآصار والأغلال التي كانت على بني إسرائيل خلافا لليهود وأمرهم بالطهارة طهارة الحدث والخبث خلافا للنصارى" . اهـــ
"الجواب الصحيح" ، (1/419) .

ولك أن تقارن بين أقوام أقاموا مقالتهم على الغلو في بشر مثلهم ، حتى صارت مناماتهم وخوارقهم دليلا على قديسيتهم وعصمتهم ، فالحلال ما أحلوه والحرام ما حرموه وبين المسلمين الذين ضبطوا مسائل دينهم العلمية والعملية بأدلة نقلية وعقلية محكمة ، ومع ذلك يتهم المسلمون بأنهم هم : أعداء العقل المتحجرون المتزمتون الرجعيون الخرافيون ............. إلخ من الأسماء المنفرة التي جعل الله ، عز وجل ، لأهل الحق منها أوفي نصيب في كل زمان . ولم يشذ عن تلك القاعدة إلا المتصوفة والشيعة لا سيما الباطنية منهم فقد أعطوا لأئمتهم ومشايخهم ما أعطى النصارى لقساوستهم ، وصارت مصادر التلقي من قبيل : المنامات والكشوفات والأذواق عندهم مصادر بديلة من الوحي المعصوم .

والنسخ لا يدل على التردد أو التناقض ، كما ظن ذلك السائل ، لأنه خلط بين : النسخ والبداء ، نعم البداء هو الذي يلزم منه ذلك ، لأنه بمنزلة ظهور ما كان خافيا قبل ذلك ، تماما كما يرتب أحدنا أمرا ما ، ثم يفاجأ بما لم يكن في الحسبان فيقع في الحيرة والارتباك فيضطر إلى تغيير ترتيبه الأول بناء على المعطيات الجديدة ، وكل ذلك من المحال على الله ، عز وجل ، الذي اتصف بالعلم الكامل المحيط أزلا وأبدا ، فلم يكتسب علما بوقوع أفعال البشر ، فقد علمها قبل أن يعملوها ، بل أن يخلقهم ، وغاية ما هناك أنها بوقوعها خرجت من حيز العدم إلى حيز الوجود ، وعليه خُرِج نحو قوله تعالى : (إِنْ يَمْسَسْكُمْ قَرْحٌ فَقَدْ مَسَّ الْقَوْمَ قَرْحٌ مِثْلُهُ وَتِلْكَ الْأَيَّامُ نُدَاوِلُهَا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا وَيَتَّخِذَ مِنْكُمْ شُهَدَاءَ وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الظَّالِمِينَ) ، فالعلم فيه : علم الظهور والانكشاف ، وهو الذي يتعلق به الثواب والعقاب ، بخلاف العلم الأول . الشاهد أن هذا البداء هو المحال على الله ، عز وجل ، لأن فيه نقصا مطلقا يتنزه الباري ، عز وجل ، عنه ، ولذلك اشتد نكير أهل السنة على الشيعة الإمامية الذين قالوا بالبداء بل عظموه لدرجة أنهم قالوا : ما عبد الله ، عز وجل ، بأعظم من البداء ، أو كلمة نحوها ، ولازم كلامهم أن من أعظم القربات : وصف الله ، عز وجل ، بالجهل !!!! .

أما النسخ فهو كتبدل الأحوال : كأن يسبق في علم الله ، عز وجل ، أن : "سالم" سيكون : فقيرا في بداية حياته ، (أو : على أد حاله كما يقال عندنا في مصر !!!!) ، ثم سيصير : بعد أن يأتي الفرج غنيا ، فتبدل حاله من فقر إلى غنى ، ولم يلزم من ذلك أن الله ، عز وجل ، كان جاهلا بأنه سيصير يوما ما غنيا ، بل كان يعلم ذلك أزلا ، وكان يعلم متى سيصير غنيا بالتحديد بخلاف البداء فإن لازمه جهل الحال الطارئة كما تقدم ، وذلك السائل الأمريكي إنما أنكر النسخ لأنه خلط بينه وبين البداء فظنه بداءً فنفرت نفسه منه ، وهذا حق ، ولكنه ليس نسخا .

وبإمكانك أخي سالم أن تضرب له مثلا بالأب الذي يربي ابنه ، فإن له حالا في الصغر تصلح فيها بعض الأساليب : كقطع المصروف على سبيل المثال ، وقد عانينا منه جميعا !!!!! ، ولا تصلح تلك الأساليب في حال الكبر ، إذ يحتاج المراهق أو الشاب إلى طريقة أرقى في التعامل . فالنسخ كذلك ، فإن بعض الأحكام تكون مناسبة لأحوال المكلفين في مرحلة ما ، فتصير الحكمة في إبقائها ، ثم تصير الحكمة في رفعها ، بعد زوال سببها ، كالمريض : فإن الحكمة في وجوده في المستشفى وتناوله الدواء باقية ، فإذا شفي صارت الحكمة في خروجه وتوقفه عن تناول الدواء ، فلزم رفع الأولى وإقرار الثانية ، وأهل العلم يقولون : الأحكام تدور مع عللها وجودا وعدما ، فإذا وجدت علة الحكم وجد الحكم ، وإذا زالت العلة زال الحكم ، وهذا عين الحكمة ، فمتى وجد سبب تناول الدواء وهو المرض وجد الحكم : وهو تناوله ، ومتى عدمت العلة ارتفع الحكم ، وهذا جواب عام لكل صور النسخ ، ومنها زواج المتعة الذي أشار إليه السائل ، فقد كان فيه مصلحة تربو على مفسدة وقوعه ، إذ المسلمون في أيامهم الأولى : فقراء لا يملكون مؤونة النكاح الدائم ، فضلا عن عدم صبرهم عن النساء لحرارة بلادهم ، وهي مظنة الفحولة ، وهذا أمر مشاهد في عصرنا الحاضر فكلما اتجهت جنوبا زادت الفحولة ، وكلما اتجهت شمالا زادت البرودة ، فصار الخيار آنذاك : الزواج المؤقت ولم يشرع بمسلمات وإنما شرع بكافرات كن يحترفن هذا الأمر كالنساء الموجودات الآن في أوروبا ، ممن يتزوجن الشباب القادم من الجنوب مقابل مبلغ معين ليحصل الزوج على الجنسية لا أكثر ، صار الخيار : إما هذا الزواج المؤقت وإما الزنا ، فالمسألة من باب تعارض المفاسد ، فتدرء المفسدة العظمى وهي الزنا بالمفسدة الصغرى وهي زواج المتعة ، وهذا ، أيضا ، عين الحكمة ، إذ الإسلام دين واقعي يتعامل مع الواقع الملموس في حياة الناس فيشرع لهم من الأحكام ما يناسبها وليس دينا أفلاطونيا لا وجود له إلا في "المدينة الفاضلة" التي لا تعدو كونها ضربا من ضروب : "المثالية الجوفاء" التي تحلق في سماء الخيال بعيدا عن أرض الواقع . ثم تغير الحال بعد ذلك ، وصارت المصلحة في نسخ هذا الزواج ، لأن مفسدته صارت أعظم من مصلحته ، فمع تيسر سبل النكاح الدائم صارت الحكمة في رفع إباحة زواج المتعة . ولعل هذا ما جعل ابن عباس ، رضي الله عنهما ، يفتي بجوازه للمضطر ، فكأنه رأى أن حال الضيق وتعسر النكاح الدائم واردة ، فيكون الحكم دائرا معها وجودا وعدما ، فمتى ضاق الحال جاز نكاح المتعة جواز الميتة للمضطر ، ومتى اتسع الحال رفع هذا الجواز وصار محرما ، ولكن هذه الفتوى مرجوحة ، وقد رجع عنها ابن عباس ، رضي الله عنهما ، لما ذكره علي بن أبي طالب ، رضي الله عنه ، بتأبيد حرمة زواج المتعة فهو : نص محكم ، وبذلك احتج أهل السنة على الشيعة الإمامية الذين يظهرون الانتساب لآل البيت ، رضي الله عنهم ، فهذا عميدهم بعد النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم ينكر على حبرهم إفتاءه بجوازها ولو على سبيل الضرورة ، وقد انعقد الإجماع زمن عمر ، رضي الله عنه ، على حرمتها ، فقد حرمها من على المنبر ، على مرأى ومسمع من الصحابة ، رضي الله عنهم ، ولم يعارضه أحد ، مع قيام الداعي إلى ذلك ، وهم الذين كانوا يعارضونه في أدق تفاصيل حياته الشخصية كثوبه الذي يرتديه ، فلا يعقل ألا يعارضوه في أمر كهذا لو كان هذا الزواج مشروعا ، فنزل هذا الأمر منزلة : "الإجماع السكوتي" .

ولو نظرت إلى حال الدول التي ما زالت تقر هذا الزواج بل وتتعبد الله ، عز وجل ، به !!!! ، مع كونه زنا بعد تحريمه ، لوجدت عجبا ، فمدينة "مشهد" الإيرانية يوجد فيها نحو ربع مليون طفل لقيط هم ثمرة هذا الزواج الباطل ، حتى قال "رافسنجاني" رئيس إيران قبل السابق ذات مرة إنه يفكر جديا في تقديم مشروع يقضي بإلغاء زواج المتعة أو إيقاف العمل به حفاظا على المجتمع الإيراني ، وفي جنوب العراق يفد الإيرانيون لقضاء وطرهم ، فالزائر يضع في أولويات زيارته للعتبات المقدسة : التمتع بعلوية شريفة النسب !!!! ، وقد سجلت مستشفيات جنوب العراق ظهور حالات متزايدة من الإصابة بمرض "الإيدز" نتيجة هذا الزنا الذي يمارس باسم الدين !! .

وأما الخمر أخي سالم فإن التدرج في تحريمها هو عين الحكمة أيضا : فالخمر كانت جزءا أصيلا من حياة العربي ، يشربها كالماء في أي وقت ، بل وتتخذ النسوة مصانع لها في البيوت ، فكانت الحكمة نقلهم عنها تدريجيا فلو منعوا منها مرة واحدة لوقعوا في حرج شديد ، تماما كمدمن المخدرات فإن الطبيب لا يستطيع قطع المخدر عنه فجأة ، وإنما يقطعه بالتدريج بتقليل الجرعة حتى يستغني المدمن عن المخدر .

ولو نظرت إلى حالهم لما حرمت لوجد تمام الامتثال بعد أن مرنت النفوس على تركها فترات زمنية طويلة ، وكان أنس ، رضي الله عنه ، ساقي القوم عند أبي طلحة ، رضي الله عنه ، وقد ارتفعت الأيدي إلى الأفواه بالكؤوس فجاء الخبر بتحريمها فأريقت على الفور ، فـــــ : (وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ) . وذاك الظن بأصحاب محمد صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم فهم أحرص الناس على امتثال الأمر والنهي .

والنسخ في شريعتنا لو أحسنا عرضه لصار سلاحا ماضيا في دعوة الآخرين إلى الحق الذي بين أيدينا فهو عند التحقيق : مما نفاخر به لدلالته القطعية على حكمة الله ، عز وجل ، لا مما نخجل منه ونخفيه ، فليس في ديننا أسرار أو كهنوت ولله الحمد والمنة على قيام الحجة وظهور المحجة .

ثانيا :
وأما زواج الصغيرة : فإن العبرة عندنا في الإسلام بتحمل المرأة : مسؤوليات النكاح الجسدية والمعنوية ، فمتى صلحت للنكاح فلا إشكال في ذلك ، والإشكال في أننا نقيس نساء ذلك العصر على نساء عصرنا ، بعد أن قلت البركة حتى في الأجساد ، فتجد المرأة في زماننا قد جاوزت العشرين وجسدها جسد طفلة لا تتعدى العاشرة ، وهذا القياس : قياس مع الفارق ، لأن الظروف البيئية والتربوية في ذلك العصر تختلف عن عصرنا ، فالمرأة آنذاك كانت تصلح للنكاح في سن مبكرة ، وقد أثر عن الشافعي ، رحمه الله ، أنه رأى جدة تبلغ من العمر نحو : 21 سنة إن لم تخني الذاكرة ، والمرأة اليوم تتخطى الثلاثين وهي ما زالت في انتظار : ابن الحلال !!!! ، فكيف يقاس هذا على ذاك . ومع ذلك فإن نكاح الصغيرة ليس أمرا مطردا في عصر الرسالة ، فقد خطب أبو بكر وعمر ، رضي الله عنهما ، فاطمة ، رضي الله عنها ، فاعتذر النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم بكونها صغيرة ، وزوجها عليا ، رضي الله عنه ، وكان عمره : 21 ، وكان عمرها : 15 ، فراعى النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم الفارق العمري بينها وبين الشيخين ، رضي الله عنهما ، ولا يرد على ذلك أنه تزوج عائشة ، رضي الله عنها ، وهي صغيرة إذ شرف مصاهرة النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم يلغي كل اعتبار ، مع التسليم بشرفي صاحبيه ووزيريه : الصديق والفاروق ، رضي الله عنهما ، ولكنهما مهما أوتيا من مكانة فلن يبلغا مكانة النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم .

وكذلك خطب عمر ، رضي الله عنه ، أم كلثوم بنت أبي بكر ، فلم تجبه ، لأنها كانت صغيرة لا ترغب في حياته الخشنة ، فخطب أم كلثوم بنت علي ، رضي الله عنه ، وكانت صغيرة ، أيضا ، ولكن عمر ، رضي الله عنه ، حظي بشرف مصاهرة النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم بزواجه من حفيدته ، فعوضه الله ، عز وجل ، بمصاهرةٍ خيرٍ من مصاهرة الصديق ، رضي الله عنه ، وإن كانت مصاهرة الصديق هي الأخرى شرفا لا يرقى إليه أي أحد ، ولكنه بالتأكيد أدنى من شرف مصاهرة النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم .

الشاهد أن الأمر لم يكن مطردا ، فإن البكر في ديننا تستأذن ، وإذنها صماتها ، كما قال النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم ، فليس لوليها إجبارها على نكاح من لا ترغب فيه ، والأحاديث في ذلك معروفة ، بل لو عقد لها غير الأب والجد وهي صغيرة لا تدرك ، فإن لها الخيار عند البلوغ إذا لم ترض بمن زوجت به ، وإنما استثني الأب والجد لأن لهما من العناية بشأنها والحرص على مصلحتها ما ليس لغيرهما

ثالثا :
وأما طاعة الأب والأم التي يسميها ذلك السائل : تسلطا فهي التي حفظت كيان الأسرة المسلمة ، وليقارن بين الأسر التي يتمرد فيها الأبناء على آبائهم ، والأسر التي يلتزم فيها الأبناء طاعة آبائهم ، ليرى الفارق بين مجتمعاتنا ومجتمعاتهم .

رابعا :
وأما مسألة شهادة المرأة ، فالعلة ليست انتقاص المرأة بأمر مكتسب ، فهذا هو الذي يذم به الإنسان ، كمن اكتسب ما يوجب الذم ، وإنما الأمر فطري جبلي ، فالله ، عز وجل ، قد فطر جسد ومخ المرأة أضعفَ من جسد ومخ الرجل ، ولا ذم يلحقها في ذلك كما يظن بعض المغرضين ، بل إن ذلك هو عين الحكمة لأنها لو ساوت الرجل في كل مؤهلاته الجسدية والعقلية ما استقامت الحياة الزوجية ، للندية الكاملة بين طرفيها ، فمن يدير الدفة إذن ؟!!! ، وقد نص الله ، عز وجل ، على علة ذلك بقوله : (أَنْ تَضِلَّ إِحْدَاهُمَا فَتُذَكِّرَ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى) ، وحديثا أثبتت الدراسات أن مخ المرأة يقل عن مخ الرجل بنحو 150 جراما إن لم تخني الذاكرة ، فعقلها أنقص من عقل الرجل ، لا لأنها بلهاء أو "عبيطة" !!! ، وإنما لأن الله ، عز وجل ، قد اقتضت حكمته خلقها على هذا النحو ، لتكون طاعتها لزوجها أكمل ، فتستقيم الحياة بأداء كل طرف ما كلف به ، وما وقع الفساد في مجتمعاتنا إلا بعد أن تداخلت الاختصاصات ، فأصبحت المرأة تقوم بوظائف الرجل ، وأصبح الرجل يقوم بوظائفها باستثناء الحمل ، ومن يدري ربما قام بذلك مستقبلا !!!! .

والرجل خير من المرأة ، ولا شك : خيرية جنس على جنس ، فـــ : "أل" في "الرجل" و "المرأة" : جنسية تفيد العموم ، ، مصداق قوله تعالى : (الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنْفَقُوا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ) ، فهو تفضيل جملة على جملة فلا يلزم منه أن كل رجل خير من كل امرأة ، بل إن من النساء ، كخديجة وفاطمة ومريم وآسية وعائشة وحفصة ............. إلخ رضي الله عنهن جميعا من يساوي أمة من الرجال .

ابحث له عن صوتيات لدعاة أمريكيين تحدثوا في المسألة، هناك أيضا شيخ أمريكي اسمه خالد ياسين لا يلقي محاضرة إلا وهناك أناس آخر المحاضرة يريدون اعتناق الإسلام
هناك صوتيات يوسف أستيس حفظه الله أيضا ... والكثير،، ابحث عن مواقعهم أو كيفية الاتصال بهم ... وترجم له بعض المقالات الموجودة في منتدانا هذا ... وإن هداه الله إلى الإسلام بك فطوبى لك.
